Cancellation Policy

1. Reservation Deposit A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. The deposit will be applied toward your total service fee. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Late cancellations may result in a partial or full charge. 3. Late Arrival Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in shortened service time or cancellation without refund. 4. No-Show Policy Clients who miss their appointments without notice may forfeit their deposit and may be required to prepay future bookings. 5. Gratuity & Tax Service prices do not include tax or gratuity. Gratuities are appreciated and may be paid via cash, card, or transfer. 6. Health & Safety If you are feeling unwell or have had recent symptoms, please reschedule your appointment for everyone’s safety. 7. Confirmation Your appointment is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or text message from us.
